International Drivers may have a drivers license from a different country, are here temporarily and want to brush up on driving skills, or have a California learners permit and want to obtain a California Drivers License – we have a program designed to help you. When English is your second language and you aren’t familiar with area, you face unique barriers to learning how to drive in the United States (and California). We want to help you learn the rules of the road in California, drive in the areas that you would frequent, and become familiar with the streets near your area. Finally, we want you to be prepared to take your road test with the DMV.”
